Changing to a new PS4

I would like to change my PS4 to a new one, and im curious if I can reinstall ffxiv again without rebuy the game? I know there's a possibility of transfer data but I don't have another lan cable right now

All your game licenses will transfer since they are not tied to your PS4, but your PSN account. Just remember to deactivate the old PS4 and activate the new one for games. Then it's as simple as ensuring you are logging into your SE account correctly when you start the game.

If you didn't trasfer your stuff from your old PS4 when setting up your new one, you'll have to re-download (not repurchase) all your stuff, that could take some time - even n\with decent Internet.
