Honestly this rank climb has been worse than when I tried in S1 just because of the amount of players who don't care.

And this is the reason why i think it was stupid idea to remove LP as premades do care, only thing they had to fix was banning win traders instead removing whole mode due those cheaters. I didn't even managed to do any LP due lack of friends interested in pvp but i liked the idea of seeing some quality matches on twitch/YT from awesome players but nope.

Personally it's a nice challenge. Communication can be established if people set their hot bars properly. Think of it as key word communication. Also consider these points;

First: It doesn't take a genius to properly communicate with only phrases. ( it's better than reading peoples comments and blaming each other)

Second: Not everyone understands the PVP hot bar and how it works people don't take the time to look it up and understand it. Therefor use the practice option.

To blame SE for lack of player common sense is childish.

Third: Everyone pays a fee and are entitled to the content.

PvP is based on feed back SE gets. Pairing can be made or determined by various factors. If the system pairs you with people lacking common sense adapt by using tags, and so on.

Getting real tired of getting Silver healers who won't even heal this poor bard jumping in front of them with half health after they just respawned from letting half the team die while not being CC'd.

Feel you mate. I'm also done with healers backepedaling when getitng focused, tanks that don't CC enemy healer once in 8 minute, dps running around like headless turkey or pushing solo behind enemy line and get 2 shotted.

Dude i've seen medals expire while 3 players are spamming get the medals each with a stack already. It doesn't matter if you communicate, mark, or stand behind a wall with a healer who is literally not healing anyone even the person beside them jumping desperately for a heal, a lot of players simply aren't trying.

Dude basic rules ; Tank collects to a certain amount rest by other DPS it's called common sense if others don't pick them up how is it SE fault? It's obviously lack of common sense. IF the healer doesn't heal that sounds more like a troll to me or new to the role once again lack of common sense. Just because their are players that don't do their share it's not the companies fault. One other reason why they removed the team set up, if you recall people were purposely rotating losing so they can rank up.If anything SE made it harder for people to work as a group and cheat the system. Yes I would like to have groups I can depend on however do to over creative individuals out there that thought SE wouldn't be able to notice, they ruined it for everyone. If you find a terrible player just black list them and weed them out that way. Doing something is better than waiting, do your part and hope for the best.

There is literally a tutorial mode for everything else in the game, come on! That whole "everyone pays to play" argument is exhausted. Professional sports teams pay fees ,but they are still divided by performance they displayed in prior seasons hence the various leagues and so on. It's just poor design to walk into a match and see gold... silver... bronze... unranked on the same team. I would agree with most of your logic if we weren't talking about a ranked play mode.
