I've been stuck behind this Main Scenario Quest for about five days. Sent out multiple requests for help through in-game support. Would be nice for some replies today as it's completely stopped my ability to progress in the game.

When I start the quest everything goes fine through the cutscene. But when the scene ends, and goes to load the next scene, the game crashes. 100% of the time. I tried using DX9 and it still crashes. I tried using a different job and it still crashes.
