Game Error Upon Leaving Castrum Abania

Class/Level: AST 69
Party or solo: Technically solo.
Quest: The Price of Freedom
In-game time:
Area and coordinates: Exiting the Castrum Abania Instance into the Peaks
Housing: -
Steps:
1. Finished the duty and clicked the Exit.
2. Upon waiting a few seconds on load screen an error occurred and forced me to exit game.
3. Tried re-loading same character but upon load screen after a few moments same error appears.
*Add more steps if necessary

Connection Specs
N/A; Issue only appears on the one character all other characters are loading fine.

I am playing on a Windows 10 PC.
