Good Intentions Quest

hello, I am a returning player. Haven't played since Realm Reborn first release. I steam rolled through main scenario quests. Now I am up to "Good intentions" quest. And it is locked. Its saying I need Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda Hard mode done. And I can't find anywhere on how to unlock these dungeons... please help.

Try talking with Urianger in the Waking Sands (Western Than) and see if he has the quests, though if I remember right those three should have been given through the MSQ.

The primal hm are given by thancred, papalymo and yshtola in the waking sands... you'll get them one at a time.... the npcs are in the side room of the waking sands

none of the NPCs in the walking sands have quests for me. Its weird in my duty finder I have shiva, Leviathan, and moogle king extreme unlocked but Ifirit, Titan, and garuda are listed as normal no hard mode

Minfilia starts the chain to unlock these fights with the quest "A recurring problem".
After that is the quest "Ifrit Bleeds, we can kill it" to unlock Ifrit HM.
Clearing Ifrit HM unlocks the quest "In for a Garuda Awakening" to unlock Garuda HM.
Clearing Garuda HM unlocks the quest "In a Titan Spot" for Titan HM.

You can check the Chronicles of New Era-Primals section of your Journal to see if you've already done any of these quests.

disregard, I figured it out. I missed one step. To talk to Minfilia to start the "Recurring Problems" quest. Sorry ^.^;

Minfilia starts the chain to unlock these fights with the quest "A recurring problem".
After that is the quest "Ifrit Bleeds, we can kill it" to unlock Ifrit HM.
