What's going on with Seal Rock? I queue up for it, sit there for 30 minutes, give up, and go into the mess that is Shatter instead. Is there any change that's going to happen? Maybe put PvP on a rotation? I want some seal rock

Supposedly with 4.1, along with the new PvP mode. Similar to Frontline but only 2 teams instead of 3.

Unofficial translations from the latest Live Letter say that a rotation system is coming with 4.1 while the official translation say that they still have discussions about it. So it's not 100% confirmed sadly.
