Most importantly, the tank should be stunning at least 1 of the Final Stings.Ah, Qarn. This dungeon is the first introduction that I know of, of "Final Sting". The little hornets in some pulls have a sort of final attack that has them doing upwards of 50% of the maximum health of the tank. They hurt, bad. There are a couple of factors to mitigate this.
1) DPS the hornets one at a time. Doing all AoE all the time with two hornets in the pull ensures tank death, as both hornets will hit their final sting at about the same time.
2) Tank should be using cooldowns during and after Final Sting. After a sting, they're going to be really low, so anything to keep them up longer is just common sense.
When I'm tanking, I consider my responsibility to try to mitigate as much as damage as possible, and this includes stunning significant monster attacks. I would swap Anticipation for Low Blow for dungeons where you know you'll have to stun (same as when I'm healing I'll swap Esuna in when I know I'll have to use it).
Edit: I actually meant to say to swap Awareness away, it has very limited uses.

drk for example if you dont take antiaption your only form of mitigation is rampart, and shadow wall on physical attacks , because living dead is something I try not to use because alot of healers just dont get it. If I dont take antipation then theres no need to take awareness because the two pair well together. And for someone who does large pulls in every dungeon antiaption is a must, lowblow the only time I know a stun would help is the level 61 dungeon, and even then its really not even needed his seduce isnt gona kill you. When I'm tanking, I consider my responsibility to try to mitigate as much as damage as possible, and this includes stunning significant monster attacks. As for the bees in qarn its simply just a dps check you just kill the bees first shouldnt be a problem, but darknights df cool down kit is a joke seeing as how their best skill isnt even usable until level 70 so you can only use it in four dungeons now and the primals and raids. As a tank Ill take any kinda df cool down thats available especially in a df situation, or pugging situation. Those bees are just mostly a dps check and when you have two of them at once which is only one time if you focus down one then you should be fine.
