I believe SE should add Geomancer in FFXIV, but in a different light than it is in FFXI, I believe a Geomancer's personification in FFXIV should be a healer role!

So here's my list of things and how Geomancer can work in FFXIV as a healer role with added perks, somewhat like ASTRO having cards to boost certain attributes, GEO can do the same with it's Geomancy.

Of course for butting Bloating purposes the GEO spells should be:
GEO-Mend (AoE Regen Aurora)
GEO-Fury (AoE Boost to Direct Hit RATE by 6%)
GEO-Focus (AoE boost to Critical Hit RATE by 6%)
GEO-Barrier (AoE Boost to Physical / Magical Damage by 5%)

The Geomantic art of bell chanting was thought long lost, and it's resurface has left many scholars unease. As the ancient tomes of those times state that malice, grief, and damnation wrought its magical chants that radiate the atmosphere with its conjure.
The arcane art of Geomancy can manipulate the atmosphere in such a way that it can turn the tide of battle in an instant… woe to those that tread the waters of its dark form and conjure the spirits of its conjurer brethren, and high valor comes to those that transcend into its utmost form of illumination to transform into divine casters.

SPELLS / ABILITIES / GEOMANCY / TRAITS
o CARDINAL CHANT: [Consumed Upon Use / 90s] Boosts Geometric Arts to speed up casting and Bolster effects by 10% at the expense of cutting Geometric duration by half its duration.
o EMANATION: [Consumed Upon Use / Recast 120s] Increases Damage over Time Effect Duration by 14% and increases damage by 7%
o BLAZE OF GLORY: [Recast 90s] When Geometric Sphere is below 20%, it'll bursts and damage enemies within range with non-elemental magic.
o RADIAL HALATION: [Recast 60s] When Geometric Sphere is below 20%, it'll burst and grant a temporary Regen effect to members within range.
o FULL CIRCLE: [ Recast 5s] Geometric Sphere is released, returning 60% of MP back
o DIVINE ASCENSION: [Recast 90s] Greatly increases healing magic spells
o GEOMETRIC RESERVOIR: [10s / Recast: 60s] Reduces Physical damage taken to party members within the bubble at the expense of the Geometric Sphere dematerializing at the end of its duration and disabling Geometric Pulse Effect.
-Damage Spells
o DIA: [Duration 60s] Delivers a light based Damage over Time effect with the potency of 30 on enemy that lowers defense by 4%.
o BANISH: (AoE) Delivers a burst of vibrant divine magic with a potency of 140 to damage enemy: may Proc Dia, for an additional effect of Blindness.
o HYDROHELIX: [Duration 30s] Single target Water DoT Damage with the Potency of 90 that inflicts: Drown effect
o GEOHELIX: Single target Earth DoT Damage with the Potency of 90 that inflicts Rasp effect
o ANEMOHELIX: (AoE) Inflicts Choke with the potency of 60 that DoT's enemies within range
-GEOMANCY SPELLS
o GEO-MEND: Sends a Healing Geometric Sphere that grants a Regen to those within the sphere
o GEO-FURY: Boosts Direct Hit Rate and Attack by 6% (16% w/ Cardinal Chant)
o GEO-FOCUS: Boosts Critical Attack Rate and Damage for those within range by 6%
o GEO-BARRIER: Reduces Physical Damage and Magical damage taken by 6%
-HEALING SPELLS
o MENDICATE: Single target Cure that may Proc. Mendicate II for added bonus.
o MENDICATE II: A more powerful Single Target Cure
o COALITIONAL UPDRAFT: A powerful single target cure that instantly cures 30% of Party Member’s HP, and if Party Member is within a Geomancy Aurora, it heals for 75%.
o GEOMETRIC MENDICATE: Cure w/ added bonus off Geometric Bubble
o SOLACE: A Strong Area of Effect Healing chant
o GEOMETRIC SOLACE: Area of Effect Healing w/ added Bonus off Geometric Bubble
-If a Geometric version of the cure is casted on party member(s) within a Geometric Bubble, the effects of the bubble is temporarily enhanced.
Geometric Version of the cures are higher MP cost, and have five times the cool-down than its counterpart and require 3 times the MP.
-The Geometric Enhancement is a 4% increase to buffs.
-Geomancer will keep the healing formula simple, but fun, and effective. The Geometric Bubbles can easily be combined in any issue during battle that can change the tide.
Geomancer's bubbles have a 15 second cool down, and last for 34 seconds, allowing the Geomancer to chain the bubbles for increased duration. (Only way to chain is to cast a different geomancy each time)
Maximum chain for bubbles can last up to 60 seconds. This is effectively useful in really long, intensive battles, where you can chain bubbles for maximum duration to help eliminate having to continuously cast a geometric bubble.
Maximizing the bubble will have an “Enhanced Effect,” to the final geomancy spell which increases the potency of the bubble by an additional 2%, can be combined with Cardinal Chant and Geometric healing abilities, but decreasing its 60 second timer to: 30 seconds. This can effectively boost Geometric aurora to: 20%.
This is my vision of a Geomancer as a healer, which would be an interesting take since the Geomancer off of FFXI was a support / dps. So making it a healer with some added perks, somewhat like the AST, yet different.
Why only 4 Geomancy Spells? Button bloating purposes, keeping it to 4, but of course this is just my vision, there could be more…
