I agree with this, the motions for the Xaela females are too dainty considering they are supposed to be more rough than their Raen counterparts.
I would love to have some female Elezen emotes on my character!

The only thing I can think that might not work for that is the animations are key framed for the skeleton of the model, with the exception of anything done by mocap but even then it is key frame touched after to fix a few things. The pure keyframed animations might just brake the wrong models if used on the wrong skeletons
I prefer unlocked animations and poses instead of a "set" which is already limiting!...
How to do that!?... Allow us to use all animations and poses from all available races in the game, this way we can have full control on our characters personalities!...
For example, I want my Miqo'te character to have the female Midlander's walking and running animations and their standing, sitting and dozing poses as well, without giving up the standard Miqo'te ones, I can freely decide which ones I want to use and change them at any time from an in-game menu and even through commands in the chat box!...
Any excuses from SE and blind detractors are nothing if most players demand the above mentioned changes!...
I really hate any kind of excuses when anyone knows all of this has to be implemented as additional options, if you don't like them then don't use them, but let the ones who want this changes have more fun, including myself!...
This is a great idea. I second the poster who requested it be a toggle like /cpose. Would love this! I always feel so disconnected from my character when doing the MSQ, and something like this could help.
I would love some kind of personality to make my character feel a little more unique. At the moment I just don't feel like the default one suits him much.
I vote for this, they have it in ESO and I love it
