Garuda Cosplay

Hi all!

Last month I had the opportunity to get a photoshoot done for my Garuda cosplay.

I just got them back a little bit ago and they turned out awesome!

And I figured that you might be interested in seeing them.

This is just wave 1. I am expecting some more from another photographer soon.

So details. From top of head wings to bottom of the shoes I am over 8’ feet tall. Almost true scale. And my wingspan is around 15 feet, or it was before I adjusted the wing position. It got reduced to 12 ish. And yes. I counted the feathers. I have the exact number she has on her wings.

Saying a photo of a computer generated character cosplay looks good enough to seem like it really is computer generated is not an insult.
You people responding to them are being very rude, just because they might not be confident in the comment?
Clarify before reacting, its stupidly hard to determine tone from type. ^^;;;;;

The interesting thing is that the second picture is 100% not processed at all. It was just that bright and green out the day we took the pictures.

(although it was crazy hot out. My facial prosthetics were melting off of my face after an hour.)

And Nao, if you have to start your sentence with "no offense", then perhaps you should refrain from typing/speaking it.

even known OP said cosplay.. it took me a min to realize I was looking at photo. I thought i was looking at very realistic CGI because of the lighting.

amazing detail and craftsmanship.
i think you can use more padding on the hair to create that triangle shape head of hers.

I agree with you about the "hair".

It looked pretty good on the head that styled everything on. But my head was a tad larger than the form so it distorted.
If and when I get around to it I may poof the "feathers" out a but to help with the creepy triangle shape.
