Holmgang need a range increase.

I really can't think of any situation where I'd want to holmgang away from a boss.

I can say that I've been on Apanda as MT and out of range to use Holmgang on Halicanarssus due to OT positioning several times as she's casting Critical Hit. Granted, I use it on on Apanda, but it's a situation nonetheless.
