    [Dev Team Request] raise the difficulty of 24-man raids to Savage mode.

    Look at blade and soul's 24-man raids: you wipe if someone doesn't do a mechanic right, in every single 24 man (FFXIV) it seems as if you can get away with it. One full pt down, np can still manage to go through it with the rest of the alliance. In bns that's a wipe, every team needs to do mechanics in order to succeed. In 4.1 we get return to ivalice, so before releasing it - please consider to make it a challenging content for tanks (positioning at a certain spot and yes that means all TANKS NEED to do something, not just one tank that mostly is mt, aggro hold on adds, usage of serious defensive cd for heavy attacks), healers (tank busters, raid busters, like in o1s party will have zero health and need to use big cd to up the health), DPS -> enrage timer should be met, fail to kill adds = instant wipe, they blow up. This means all adds within 20s so DPS is pressured with the adds having a huge hp pool. That makes it fun to do it and rewarding when receiving your loot. Can also have a normal mode tier of 24man raids so casuals aren't excludedThoughts?
