Hildibrand?

Hello everyone,

I was recently trying to start the Hildibrand quest line. I have not started any of these quests and it should be a fresh start. I went to the NPC in Thanalan and did the level 1 quest he had just to clear it. After that the quest he is supposed(?) to have does not show up.

I have completed the MSQ for all of ARR/Post and for Heavensward. It say's ARR completion is the only requirement.

Is there some other reason this quest isn't showing up? Am I missing something blatantly obvious? Please help

Hildibrand starts with a quest called "The Rise and Fall of Gentlemen" in Eastern Thanalan, near Drybone.
