    Should read "Percentage determined by your perception rating relative to the level of collectable"

    Actually, not sure if it is the level of the collectable or the node. Tested with 1076 perception and found that the proc rate was 100% at the various HW nodes.

    Regardless, any idea of the thresholds? Not posted anywhere.
