Steps:
1. Use item "Squadron Rationing Manual" which increases duration of any food eaten by 15 minutes for 2 hours.
2. Use item "Persimmon Leaf Sushi" High Quality version
3. Expected Food duration 45 Minutes
Actual Food Duration 30 minutes
