The moogle primal was probably designed with jobs in mind, so we are playing it without some key abilities. I can note at least one ability on each job list that will make that class perform much better.

I wouldn't be surprised if all the Primals are being designed with jobs in mind.

Imagine Ifrit with Jobs. You'd need 1 PLD and 1 WHM. The rest can be DDs and the close range ones wouldn't have to worry about Sear with PLD's ability that grants regen to nearby allies when he is cured. Not to mention MNK with Fists of Wind would probably out-DPS every other DD lol.

Yeah, you'll find the game is full of elitist asses that refuse to have any kind of interaction with the game that isn't entirely meticulous and technical, It's the same issue of no Primals without materia'd gear, no Ifrit without Sentinel, No Dzamael because durr hard, no high NMs because you can't Emulate any more, etc... it won't stop, what i can say is try and find yourself a nice casual LS that cares more about having fun than about attaining perfect stats, or use the party search tool and in your comment field leave a note that you're looking for a casual/fun experience, every game has elitist, this one is no different, you can only really go around them, they tend to seperate themselves from normal people that like to have fun and close themselves in their little circle-jerk and leave the rest of the world alone.

Again, if you make your own party you won't run into not being accepting into one...All you need to do is have a strategy when you invite and don't just /random it.

SE didn't make these battles with just one particular setup in mind, I can assure you that. Its elitists that like to try and "exploit" or "gimmick" the system who make those "rules".

Do what you want I make my own parties, its not like people don't join, a win is a win. Its all how you sell your strategy.

SE has always had a tendency of doing this, making certain jobs excel at certain things. They never seem to be able to balance it either. Ok, BLM's and RDM's getting invites to everything, we will make mobs resistance to spells and enfeebles! Great, now no one wants them, and full zerg time! Ok, zerg's are too powerful, time to make melee dmg resitant mobs! Ok, no one wants melee now. Back to BLM'S!

They seem to have a hard time of making mobs switch it up mid fight and such. If you have a time limit and mobs fluctuate between immune to phys or magic and I mean immune hard to the point where if you don't do enough dmg they won't revert, people would HAVE to mix it up. Do like some abyssea mobs did, make them absorb physical at certain points, or magic, make them immune to spears, or arrows, or whatever. Just make the mobs adapt.

As for people saying shout for a party, be the Gladiator! Then what, make him get more archer's? It's still the same problem, not to mention shouting in XIV is damn painful. You can be there for hours before you get replies on these fights. It's the same old, you have a good shell, great! You have consistently dying shells, good luck. And only a week and half until these problems magnify themselves...fun fun.

the game is being completely redone and is still being changed and stuff fixed.. give it time and why not lvl ARC.. isnt point of game lvl everything and have a good time with friends. Anyhow... as many said.. this game is still work in progress, maybe take a break but wouldnt panic over it.
