I wanna be able to PvP with, you know, friends, and have teams.

Just checked 4.06 patch notes and says nothing about 4v4 party queue. I'm guessing lots of people win-traded but to outright remove it is not a solution.

Square, removing options from PvP and forcing us to play with random ppl for ranked isn't fun.

It's like not being able to go through PF or make statics in PVE, only having to rely on DF.
Who would like that?

you can still do custom matches with 7 other ppl in your own server, soon there will be data center wide custom matches

I would rather have LP than solo queue, preferably with proper fixed teams like in classic WoW arena so you feel as though you're progressing alongside friends.

They really need to do something permanent about the constant cheating on certain datacentres, though. Idiots ruined a potentially fun mode for everyone.

I also find it strange that there is literally no way to practice 4v4 with friends now unless you have twice the number of people required (8v8 is quite different). It must be even more intimidating for brand new players like this.

Looks like SE is trying to make custom match as THE competitive mode now that LP is gone with their premade parties and spectator features it offers, i am actually rather curious to see if community starts to do those custom cups when CM is data center wide. I bet there are some good 4 man teams out there so it would be finally cool to see them going against each other.
