Steps:
1. Was sitting there training my chocobo, then stepped away from the computer.
2. Came back, game was fully closed - no error message.
3. Logged back into my account, selected my character, got 3102 message stating I'm already logged into the game.
4. Waited 2 hours, still same message.
5. Called support, they said to wait longer.
6. Waited 2 more hours, still same message.
7. Called support, they said to post here - they can't help.

I have had my kids confirm from their own accounts it still shows me logged in, plus my character is still sitting there, and can be seen, afk staring at the chocobos. Please help!!
