    This is very true. People need to stop worrying about what their team is doing and focus on their own performance.

    Vets have had to deal with this for the past 4 seasons. You win some, you lose some. You sometimes make it work and sometimes you don't.

    You suck it up and steel yourself for the next game. Just like in any competitive sport your teammate might drop the ball at a crucial time resulting in a loss. Blaming it on him will do hardly anything to benefit you as a player. Your mindset should be, "what more could I have done?" When you play your job 100% and concentrate on what you can do you'll find that you'll be winning more than losing.

    Blaming loses on others is something that only promotes bitterness and hides your weakness as a player that you should be addressing to become better.

    Just my 2 cents.
