    The Zenith of Craftsmenship? Plz Help

    So I just finished the last moogle quest and unlocked the sworn rep lvl or so I thought. For whatever reason I cant get the actual final quest from Mogzin. Could it be a quest I can only get at a certain time? Because I noted I cant play him in triple triad ether, please help
