4. Unspecified damage tick for 39000 HP

N/A; this is not a client error.

Additional information:
In each case, the unspecified damage is not present in the log; yet, it still happened, and still instantly killed anyone who failed to move during Blizzard III, except for tanks, who had enough HP to eat the 39000 damage tick. Also, when this first happened to me, I had no vulnerability debuff whatsoever.
