Feedback for the GM Rhinedynast, their reply to my report only took 10 or so minutes, and they were polite, friendly, and got to the chase quickly! This GM did an excellent job and I just wanted to share my experience with them.

Wait there's GM in game? I always only get auto-reply instead of being contacted.
I wonder what the GMs do when they don't have tickets/bots/people being idiots to deal with....do they just sit there sipping on coffee until someone lights the GM sign on the lighthouse? Or do they play their own character that they aren't allowed to have access to from their GM account?
GMs do look cool. If you try to click and preview their armor on your character, it doesn't work though... /sad.
Really?! I would love to see an image of that... don't want to contact a GM just to see how he looks...

Not sure how SE handle's it but I know out of experience, that normally there's always tickets, bug reports to deal with. Normally GM's are not allowed to play or own their own characters, but again every company handles that differently, however if the case of no tickets happens, most GM's will be busy with testing new patches on their private test servers, looking at different in game mechanics and writing guides, taking a close look at congested areas and might take action, it's also not uncommon that GM's just teleport through the worlds (invisible of course) and monitoring specific content that might have caused issues in the past, or spawning A/S ranks for people to enjoy, hanging around cities and listening to conversations, taking action if needed. Also a not so uncommon thing, is adding or working on content itself, especially event items or cash shop items, that can be presented to the actual design team at the end and maybe be approved etc. Trust me, a GM is never bored, there's plenty of stuff to do, even tho it might look to regular player that they might have plenty of time to sip their coffee lol.I wonder what the GMs do when they don't have tickets/bots/people being idiots to deal with....do they just sit there sipping on coffee until someone lights the GM sign on the lighthouse? Isn't that just the Templar set with a purple glow on it?
