Thank you so much for not only taking the time to read my report, but also being patient as I was currently in a duty! I was surprised by the swift response and also how positive, reassuring and sympathetic they were.

GM Rhinedynast also provided an alternative course of action since I was in duty, which I am very appreciative for (I was in ranked PvP! Eep!).
