<Desync> is a newly formed FC founded by veteran MMO raiders whose goal is to raid on a semi-hardcore level. Because we are new to FFXIV, our initial approach will be more relaxed as we finalize our roster and better establish ourselves. We are looking for 2 DPS and 1 healer who share a similar mindset and goal. While previous raiding experience is not required, we are looking for players who are versatile, reliable, consistent, thick-skinned, etc. and are dedicated to building a strong raid group.

Raid times are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 9:00-12:00 ET.
