Job Quest at level 30?

Hi there!

I'm playing a conjurer and was told once you hit level 30, after you do the level 30 conjurer quest (where you learn Cure II at the end), you can start the quest to become a white mage. However, theres no quest from the guild master (not even one thats red to indicate i dont have all the requirements). I've tried to google the answer but it just says to level arcanist to 15, though my FC said i dont have to do that anymore.

The only quests in my log is my main story quest, where i have just begun the questline to befriend the slyphs near hawthorne hut... do i have to progress the storyline farther to access white mage?

I know this post may be a bit redundant, but my FC couldnt figure it out and i have no idea either. Thanks for any help!

It's actually in Camp Tranquil, down past Quarrymill in the south Shroud! Hope this helps!

The quest that upgrades a class to a job is always from the either the class guildmaster or the guild receptionist. The WHM unlock quest comes from E-Sumi-Yan.

You must finish the MSQ Sylph-management in order to unlock jobs.
