So they don't have to go all out and instead, copy and paste the same looking style.

I think too many polygons or something complicated like that usually SE will not implement because not every thing can be shown exceeding limit or something

because taste and sensibility is not always the same, plus bns are a free to play (that why the winner get more virtually) and almost everything for the design is in the character, that world is not that beautifull...
and personally i don't found this very.... nice... it will not match ff14 world, plus for which class you will give this? dps melee? tank? caster dps? healer? ranged? it's a nice costume but have almost no reason d'etre in FF14 world.

different game, different taste. plus honestly, i prefer 1000 times the design of ff14 to bns. what is over the top and over sexualized

There were pretty designs that would serve as glamour for all classes.

I would expect for this particular design, if we were to get it in FFXIV, it would be as a lv.1 all-class glamour set. I would also say it's not that far removed from other sets of this type that we already have.
