Now i have gotten in touch with the GM's and they have been nice enough, they do I believe want to stop this from happening again and I do believe they will possibly punish these people, for scamming.

However where does this leave me - What does this do for me - The GM's keep saying they are unable to do anything for me and I find this unacceptable, I strongly believe if it is a clear case of loot fraud or scamming then the victim needs to have to have something as a good will gesture weather it be getting the item the victim was scammed out of or weather it is getting something that the victim can use to get their own item or maybe even if it is having the loot for that duty reset so the victim can have a chance at getting something. In my opinion you need to as a company take better care of victims of scams.
