I'd like to thank the GM who helped me today. I purchased a server transfer that failed and I was told to contact the in game GM to sort it out. I'd tried to transfer outside of my data centre by mistake and I asked the GM to change my destination to within my data centre and they did it within an hour.

But in general the service I've received by the GM and Squares telephone support over the years has been 5 star. So thank you. I can't fault them at all.
