3 seconds of lag

So like ever since I first started playing back before HW even came out, there has always been this 2-3 seconds of lag every couple minutes or so. Its especially noticeable when I do boss fights in dungeons , trials ect. And me playing ninja this REALLY messes me up when I am in the middle of doing my mudra combos and everything just stops for 2-3 seconds. This is not an issue I have had playing any other MMO so I dunno how I can go about fixing this cause its really gotten to the point where it drives me absolutely nuts when I know I could enjoy the game so much more with out these little bits of lag. I need halp ;-;

I got the same problem especially during peak hours. Use pingzapper it will help you a lot.

This has been an issue for me since I started playing the game over 2 years ago.

Try to disable your anti-virus stuff and/or (router) firewall, only temporary, for like a short while just to check if this keeps happening then?

Well I don't have an anti-virus so can't be that. Can try the firewall thing when I get home.
