What I meant is that someone like you who's barely played Feast especially premade, think you know what happens, yes there is wintrading in there, but most players that actially are on the list and have the rewards didn't wintrade. But you mister 'I never do Feast' think you know what actually happens in there.?? I didn't participate in earlier seasons of feast. I don't do light party feast. Sorry mate if you're calling me a win trader you're mistaken.
That said. I'm not jealous, seriously lol. You're reading into my post somehow when I blatantly stated my point. Again, I'll say:
I'm very proud of players who are top 100 in each season. They are very skilled. Good for them!
I am not a top 100 player. I don't generally have the patience or the free time, but I think it's great some people do.
Again I'll say: Calm down...Players do have the option to work hard and gain things, its a competitive gamemode with rewards for being competitive,
if you want rewards for mindless grinding, then you have plenty achievments to do and those new weapons you can work towards.
The top100 rewards are rewards for people that try being better than the rest, the whole game is designed for casuals already.
Hell getting into the top100 while being a complete casual is easily achieveable.
The whole point you are making is you assuming everybody has the same mindset as you and your friends,
but guess what there are people who strife to be better than everybody else, and you are trying to take the single prestige that those people can achieve.
You, @Takatsuki make good points as well as @Yoruno. Yes, this is a competitive mode I fully 100% agree with you and again you've both made very valid points!
I think you are both conflating the idea that I think there should be more than one avenue of achieving goals with the idea that goals should be easy or as you so eloquently put it: "Casual".
These two things do not go hand in hand. I DO think it should be hard to achieve. Just about as hard as gaining top 100 in a season that no longer exists (pretty impossible). I just think that the option should exist. Not that it should be an easy option nor that everyone should be capable of achieving it. You'd still need to compete, you'd still need to try hard and play well, but at the end of the day you'd decide between one shitty weapon glamour or one shitty armor glamour.
Also on a side note, you don't have to keep getting your friends to post here in agreement. I understand your points 100%. More people saying them to me over and over just makes you look like a hivemind lol...
(Buncha 1 post lalafells yelling at me, pretty funny really.)

I wasn't talking about Frontlines, but specifically about The Fold. The Fold was the only PvP mode with pretty much no incentives, while the initial Frontlines (Carteneau Borderland Ruins) had the original ADS mount, and the three GC horses. Seal Rock had that one glamour set, and Fields of Glory had the white/blue ADS mount.
And pvp ranks were much more of a grind, so it was much more special to have the pvp set bought with wolf marks.
So no, there was plenty of incentive back then.
The Fold still had titles, yeah? I mean, it's kinda foolish to say that removing all incentives from PVP is the way to discern the chaff from the wheat - I would have never even started had I not wanted the Swansgrace set so badly. But I also don't see the point in letting people get participation rewards in a ranked mode that's supposed to promote competition, either. If I stay in wood league playing a MOBA the developers of said MOBAs don't feel the need to give me a consolation prize. But there's also plenty of non-ranked modes I can play that let me earn stuff even if I'm not that great of a player - and we have that in this game already.I wasn't talking about Frontlines, but specifically about The Fold. This is another very good post. I'll even throw a like on it because I like how straightforward you're being with your opinion. The Fold still had titles, yeah? Are the participation rewards absolutely necessary? No, definitely not. No one is entitled to the armor at all aside from the people who were promised it for earning top 100.
That said, does it kill competition to allow participation rewards at the end of the season for players who make it to silver, gold, platinum, and diamond? Not at all. If anything, it'll bring more players to try and get better and climb ranks for chances at their rewards. Thank you for posting though, again you have a good point. There's no real benefit to anyone if the participation points are added, it's just nice to have options. =]

He isn't getting his friends in here, I have never talked to him.
The reason everybody is going batsht, is because you are insulting the "effort" many people put into getting top100.
There is nothing to argue about here, you just can't take the one thing competitive players gain from doing feast and give it to everybody.
It doesn't matter if they have to grind 5 or 50 seasons for it.
I think this is directed at me? Your lack/inability to use quotes makes it difficult to determine...I don't care about season 5 rewards. The PVP is diffferent now. You wouldn't even clear bronze in season 1 or 2 by the sounds of it. And yes I am entitled to the rewards. Me and the other 100 who played during those 8 months and got them. As opposed to you sitting and whining on the OF.
Your own inadequacy as a player is at fault here. Calling people elitist or being proud of the stuff they've earned is hilarious. Realistically I doubt they will make previous rewards available through the ticket system. I almost feel sorry for your lack of ambition, I do however wish you luck for this season.
Ok, so lets start off, I was gold rank in season 1, and top 100 for most of it, to that fateful night where I went on a epic losing streak. Causes me to give up on it for a few weeks, by the time I am back, season was called to be ending, and I did not have enough time to claw my way back in. (Only including as you said I could not make bronze)
I am not asking for any previous rewards to be in this system. Mind you, I can see them doing it (maybe a re-color or something) to save on asset cost. I just think this new system is better for the game... increase the number of people playing, which makes ques better, which lets me actually play, which is the FUN part.
Meanwhile you are here trolling like you are Gollum and the feast rewards are your precious. Lack of ambition? Sounds more like you are the type who likes to brag about the thing they did 10 years ago. Word to the wise, no one cares. So stop caring that some less skilled player might have the same reward as you a few seasons down the line.
