In O4S, I've had a few scary moment with Delta Attack where I'd get hit by the Fire (after 2xThunder) just a split second before Holmgang wears off. The timing is certainly tight.

Another way to look at LD vs Holmgang is that for LD the healer is in control of the invul period start where as for Holmgang, it's the tank.
