1. unable to take quest good intentions
2. need to do a recurring problem. minfillia gives this quest in the waking sands. I followed the main story line for a new astral era. when I got to good intentions it's in red and says need, bowels of ember (hard), the navel (hard), the howling eye (hard).
3. minfillia is no longer in waking sands so I cannot take the quest for the three primals I need to complete. I followed the main story line tracker in the upper right hand corner and a recurring problem was not shown till after minfillia moved to revenants toll. now I cannot continue the story line because I have not completed these trials. you can only take this quest while minfillia is in waking sands. since I just did the main story line and did not know I needed the trials completed because it did not show in the tracker I am stuck at the quest good intentions. I have used the forums, free company and support and was told to make a bug report. I'm stuck and cannot play now.

Those quests are still available after the move. The required npcs show up in the Waking Sands when needed. It is very possible that you've already completed the quests up to the point where you unlock the Bowl of Embers (hard) however, in which case, you need to finish it before you will be able to accept the quest to unlock the next one.

when I contacted support they said I encountered an in game error because the quest givers in waking sands don't have these quests available to take. I have checked the waking sands and thancred who gives the quest has nothing for me. so I cannot take the bowels of ember (hard) because of this error.
