But healers are very demanding so I would avoid them if you don't want the headache that comes with them. I would say find the job that you enjoy and stick with it. You'll slowly get used to the job and start doing better. For example, I love NIN and MNK but don't like DRG as much. After leveling both NIN and MNK from 50 > 60 in PvP, I started to get a lot more used to them and started to get kills much easier in Frontlines. And even those matches I did bad was fun since I was playing a job I enjoyed.
