So- I just spent around 4 hours trying to fix this before payment starts.

Last week- I attempted to get an additional 8000 and proved to not go through on MULTIPLE cards (between myself and fiance 5 cards). I've contacted paypal customer support, click and buy customer email inquiry, FINALLY ultimate pay gave me a customer support number via email to contact after 24hours. I'm PST it was 1:30PM I call and what do I get? "We're sorry for your inconvenience we're unavailable and hour hours are 9am-4pm EST) 30mins prior needless to say I was furiuos.

At this point I'm at a lost of what to do. I was planning on paying for 3 characters for 6months (8000) 80.00$ USD and now I can't even have access to those characters nonetheless access to any if this doesn't work.

My fiance and myself have played this game since day 1 and both enjoy it very much. But I honestly hope SE looks into this problem as MANY users will not be able to pay even if they do so choose too (which already seems their going to be loosing a huge player base.)

I humbly ask that if a DEV see's this to please relate this to the dev team. Because multiple people in my linkshell are having this very problem and the payment methods they've chosen have little to no customer support that is helpful. Sorry SE I can't even GIVE you my money because the payment services are utterly retarded.

I have now wasted a bit over 8 hours total this month attempting to solve this problem.
