NPC Linkpearl not glowing when class-specific quest is available

Steps:

1. Headed to Quiver's Hold (see above for Area and Coordinates)
2. Noticed NPC Nonolato had the "!" mark over his head indicating that a new quest was available.
3. Spoke to said NPC and activated Archer 36 Class quest "There Can Be Only One".
4. Quiver's Hold linkpearl wasn't glowing on gadget (located between "Use item" and "Personal chocobo" icons). It wasn't glowing on NPC linkpearl list neither (accesed via Main Menu > NPC Linkpearls)

I have found that job specific quests are only triggered after doing some action at one of the camps.

Yes, the quest is available as soon as you meet the rank requirement and you can start it straight away. However, if you want the extra flavour of reading the NPC Linkpearl text you need to trigger it at an Aetheryte. Try logging in and out, switching classes to the appropriate one and talking to an aetheryte. That usually made the pearl pop up.

I've noticed that it would pop at aether crystal too. Think that just might be the trigger. Thanks guys, I was wondering about that too!

I can't try it out because I've already accepted (and completed) the quest. Feel free to close the thread or leave it opened so I can try it out whenever I reach another "class-specific level quest" and post the results here.
Anyways it seems it's working that way for everyone (thanks to buritoslicer for posting too!), so I guess it's not a bug and I must post a suggestion on the right section for changing that...

You can always accept the quest when your level is appropriate.

Arriving at an Aetherite will give you a minor chance for a linkpearl to light up, but it will not always happen even if you meet the level requirement for the quest.

I believe the linkpearl is working as intended, since it's merely used as a reminder and isn't something required in order to begin the quest. A bit of a bummer if you wanted to read the flavor text I suppose, but not a bug.
