Ifrit Bow no dropped

hello
I killed Ifrit Ifrit and I got the bow, immediately afterwards left me a message that said "you can not get the bow," I have none and had repeated inventory space.

Steps:
Killed the ifrit (hard) and next i go to the coffer, when i open the coffer i recieve this message "you were unable to obtain "ifrit Bow", my friends say me "check if u get full inventory" but no, i got 197/200 and cannot obtain the bow.

PD: maybe i can restore my ifrit bow?

It's all well and good that you're forwarding the bug to the dev team, Qeepel, but is this guy gonna get his bow restored? Doing 70+ Ifrit fights myself and not getting either of the weapons I really cared about, it doesn't sit right with me that he'll be forced to earn his bow TWICE.
