Head pieces for dex users

Why do dex users not get any good hoods? Every other class did but bard/mch. Ninja got one hood but do to back flaring out so much it is very limited use for glamour. While your at it can we get arms that go from wrist to elbow in cloth and leather that dont connect to body armor.

There is a PVP hood under the "Heavensward" category. It's not much, but it's close.

I'd like to see more bandannas myself. I've found a late Stormblood quest that gives one but it covers the eyes. We have head scarves but I'm talking more Rambo style bandannas.
