Does Square remove optional items from the shop?

There's a few things I wanna buy but I gotta wait on it. Just curious if stuff ever gets removed from the optional item shop, and if so is there fair warning ahead of time?

No, he just said that up to today nothing got removed, but that doesnt mean that it will stay like this.

Certain items WILL go away. Mainly event-related items, like the ones up now that have to do with the Moonfire Faire. Like the oriental windchime and firefly basket. They will come back next year, most likely, but won't be available until them.

In-game earned event items tend to disappear and then re-appear as mogstation items a year later, but I don't recall mogstation items ever disappearing even temporarily after they've been added.

Yeah same here. Can't think of any, has SE has actually ever removed mogstation items? I don't think so?

I know they do move items, as in they moved in category, sometimes I had a trouble re-finding something. But that is all.

Physical items can run out of stock, and well general store sales do end... but the end of an item sale? It could be, but I can't think of any really.
