Two things I must say here.
1. I hate what SE has done to SMN. These changes are a joke compared to the issues people were actually having with SMN's playstyle. No one asked for a 10 potency buff to the DOTs. They tout SMN changes, and then give great changes to BRD while leaving SMN lying in the ditch.
2. I hate RDM and wish it would have never been added. That is all.
795 RDM parses uploaded for Neo Ex...53 SMN parses. BLM is doing nice damage, but still only 116 parses uploaded to FFLogs too.Two things I must say here.

Get a clue, devs, job balance is completely borked.
thats exactly the reason why every fflogs related thread is going to be deleted here in a few hours... they don't won't to see any proves by numbers. They just wanted a good start for RDM and Sam - mission accomplished... but they haven't calculated what that would mean for the other cls' now they have to come up with a kind of solution which is deeper than just pot-buffs... sadly it seems they are struggling in finding a good one for several certain cls' : /

emolden should buff party magic dealers too (or make blm t3 dots give a magiv vun), making a full caster comp valid
rdm is still OP (has good and constant damage + you know the rest of the utilities)
smn still has issues that need fixing..
The BLM change would be interesting to say the least. The RDM one would be absolutely ludicrous though, as that's the only significant thing SMN has over RDM.
would merit a parallel 3- caster meta, besides the usual physical meta of the last years...
it would boost both rdm and smn...,(though smn would lose its "the only magically buffing class" signature it has.., but thats not good, there should be more magical buffs.. + smn still has decotion)..
and smn would profit a tick more from the blm t3 dot magic vun than the rdm, since a few (yes, very few) rdm moves are physical...
still, smn needs some fixes besides everything
Thanks for the dps buff. Now can you give me back sustain. I anxiously await the mechanic changes in 4.1. Fingers, toes and legs crossed.
There is no reason they couldn't have addressed the MP costs of being a Ruin spammer in this patch. At a minimum they should drop the cost of Ruin II and/or III.
ya i thought that at least ruin 3 mp cost would have been adjusted with 4.06... there is absolute no reason and no other skill ingame with that huge amount of mp cost compared to its laughable pot – ruin 3 cost isn't justified anymore. so why can't they just reduce it? Blm & Rdm both "can't get oom"... even if they try hard... smn on the other hand is still struggling with ruin 3 spam... just why?
