I feel people are looking at cooldown in the wrong way as an ability that should be used like Empyreal Arrow instead of an ability that should be used like Geirskogul or tornado kick. Mch has it issues but I like it better then 3.0 version. I don't see how it "boring" I love seeing the animations and wildfire better then ever. The turret on the otherhand need some work. The fact that no one even mention it tell how pointless it is currently. The timer after rookoverdrive is to long and other then hypercharge you don't interact with it at all.
