So you believe that the change from MCH can go not on par, but ahead of BRD in DPS? It may not be true on what I said, yet I don't see people saying that it is better than BRD even w/o utilities in the end result.

It's far too soon to say for sure, but the changes are in the correct direction with at least keeping MCH's design coherent (overheat properly to gain a noticeable damage buff). But my point was literally in reference to your quote; there's no corelation to a job doing less dps than another job because they don't have a dot or self-buff skill.

I'll give it a week to come to that conclusion. Many say that kind of thing before and 2 things come out of it.
