


I miss 4.0's heat management dearly! But I'm more concerned with now considering I doubt they're gonna go back on that one :<Heat needs to be readjusted to be 10 per weapon skill for it to go back to the pacing it was before 4.05. The way it is right now, since I don't need to delay my reload/quick reload to refresh hot shot, I don't even need to use cooldown at all inbetween my wildfires. The ability itself lost most of it's purpose of managing heat properly, since your heat generation is so low that it lines up with wildfire's cooldown regardless. They should've kept at making MCH less punishing with overheat (by increasing overheat damage or lowering BS cooldown), rather than making it harder to accidentally overheat to begin with.
I mean in regards to now, I really don't think there's much issues with MCH as far as gameplay is concerned. Their potencies can always be readjusted if they're still under performing, and dismantle being 60 seconds makes it a much more worthwhile counter part to bard's blanketing troubador. They've already address the issue I have with MCH being too punishing (lowering BS's cooldown and remoiving the heat reduction from quick reload). Now it's just a bit too simpllified since there's very few factors for a MCH to keep involved.
