Lol Xygoz, I know and I said the same in another topic, but you are not here enough to be aware of it, there was a recent topic were people complained that they still wanted to manage heat before 62/64 still to always have their 5% bonus and not overheating. Now, if you read what I wrote, you could have noticed I also said : "Even just the feeling of putting it on or off the way you want is nice, especially when you want to just train on a dummy and restart at 0 heat."
So it will be nice for that part of the game, as training is important too and there was no good reason to set the Gauss Barrel at 10sec CD.
