ffxivboot.exe keeps crashing

As the title says the start up file keeps crashing. I have tried reinstalling the game twice,restarted the computer both times neither has helped. This is the steam version of the game. This is the message i am getting:

the game was working fine yesterday, i have no idea what happened to cause this.

all i'm getting when login is the stormblood video and just keeps replaying and wont let me even get to character login screen. Tried my alt account samething just video keeps playing.
