How does SE justify these ten min enrages, but doesnt let anyone know their dps

There is no such thing of relying on a parser, it does not tell you rotations, no one is suggesting dependence on it.. it ... is.... just a tool, this makes no sense, and why he said what he did.

If you have to rely on a third party tool to clear content, you're probably not ready to tackle said content.

^ that makes no sense, that is the point of the comment. Also lets assume there is some truth to this, people can use such tools like this to learn and start to do .. whatever.. without the crutch tool. In other words, no matter how you look at this quote, it does not make sense and is wrong.

Let me put this in a different way, ,you are pretty much saying "you are not ready to do said content because you never did it before so you do not know the fight" there is specific ways you can adjust rotations to squeeze in things between phases, it is different then beating a dummy, bosses have invulnerable stages so it skews rotation theory a bit.

This goes back to the original statement, that people seem have trouble answering. If SE is going to give strict rotations and have dps checks, why are parsers not allowed on an official stance? Stawmaning like this post makes no sense and does not help answer the original statement.
