Kicking you from a Susano party is more than a little petty, sure, because it's braindead-easy content that anyone with half a brain and attention span can clear on, but if your results are garbage, and you're afraid of being judged, it's up to you to fix them. Hiding your parses actually looks worse than having bad ones, and for good reason. Flush out the bad runs with good ones so people aren't wondering if you're worth their time.

FFlogs is a résumé. While it isn't the end-all-be-all for player skill, it, at the very least, shows how much someone cares. If you don't care, and I'm doing serious content (usually restricted to Savage), I don't want you in my party.

...I mean, to be clear, I won't kick someone just because of low DPS on fflogs, but it certainly gives me context to judge them for their mistakes.

Again floggs is posted without ones knowledge , and stop actin like every time you go into an instance you are geting 1000 percent every single time. If you have cleared the content before and if you are preforming their in the moment is a better judge than floggs. Everything you just said is exactly why these anti parse people have a point. If the person you are commenting on has cleared a fight 40 times as they say and you focus on floggs then floggs is really an issue then. Fflogs is not like a resume because on my resume I actually put my work history on there myself and try my hardest to make it look presentable. Fflogs for the most part if your not uploading them yourselfs, all kinds of variables.

As a PS4 player this is doing the content over and over again hoping that you did well and praying that some party member posts it. [For some content... My Susano and Lak logs are terrible and outdated. I have maybe 5 parses. I've gotten 40+ Clears on each and Clear over 4k each time at least but my logs are all 3.4 and 3.5k. Q.Q]

T-Minus 2 weeks until I have my computer. Then i won't be at that mercy.

If I want clear, I expect players to do good. If not, they get kicked. Nobody can force me or others to carry anyone.

Demanding to see a number is a reportable offense? Why not just grow a backbone and say no if you dont want to share it?

Becuase if it's not enforced you bet people will abuse that to keep people out of content and groups and that's what square enix doesn't want happening, which is why we don't have any parsers in game right now to begin with.

You can't prevent that, we already have ways to measure other player performance and people will kick you because it but they won't tell the reason. And it's ok, you can't force others to party up with you if they don't want.

If you don't want to care about being kick always form your own group with people you like to party up.

People demanding something of another player who is under no obligation to do what is being demanded should not be reportable. That's just not..smart. If people want to only play with people comfortable with sharing their numbers that's their prerogative. Nothing more and nothing less. That would be like reporting someone for pulling a S rank hunt early after being asked to not.

If someone only wants a numbers shown run, the other person who isn't comfortable with that can either A. Not do the content, B. Make their own PF, C. Find another party, D. Let the party know they know the fight but might not produce the required numbers but are open to criticism for play improvement (of course only if someone knows the fight, but that's where the number game and checking lodestone come in).
