you have to silence the Iron Giant in V3S for 1.5 LB bar, I supposed a dps can do it too... but hey, there is one practical use!

That's what I use it for as an OT. No need for Shirk in O3S. Plus, just a miscellaneous use, but the last mob in Sirensong Sea can have its scream silenced, which is always nice since most DF players never stun the thing.
