Should we have a Cross-Server Linkshell?

I know that the cross-world PF and cross-world blacklists were stated as steps towards cross-server LS and Friend Lists, don't remember if they actually mentioned cross-world FCs, though?

Yeah it was spoken about at the same time as the Linkshells & Friends list
