Character Restore (Tales of Adventure)

First of all, thank you to all GMs who have helped me with all questions I've had since I started this game.

Now to the meat and potatoes of this topic:

I created a character named Rinoa Avalon on Mateus (when the incentive bonus was in effect) I decided to try out the Tales of Adventure just to see how it worked. I picked "One White Mage's Journey" not knowing about the quests unlocking (sort of like Wow's boosting service), I deleted her because I thought I could buy another potion, lo and behold, I didn't read the instructions correctly and realized I had wasted $25 (I think).

I am posting this topic in hopes that a GM would help me out and restore her for me. I know about the one character restore per account but that has changed right? I would love to have this particular alt returned so I can at least not feel like I've wasted money (I am a saver and do try to spend my money wisely), this shall be my last attempt at fixing my mistake I made, then no more.

Character Name: Rinoa Avalon
Server: Mateus
Date deleted: June 17, 2017 (right after I bought the potion)
Classes: WHM level 50/60, I think I picked up RDM so that was at 50 and I think I picked up SAM as well (not really sure)

This forum is only for players to get help from other players. This is an account matter, you will have to contact support via website/chat/phone or in game. And while the option of this one time re roll still exists they are not throwing it out as the first option. But it might not hurt to ask of course, but at the end it might be easier to re send another potion to a different character, then restoring the old one. It's up to the customer support at this point, GL
