Dummy-Gauge Commands?

I'm curious if there's a possibility of adding a command like raid commands (Vril, Levitate, etc) for when engaged with a Dummy that resets CDs and gauges like shedding mana on RDM. Essentially a complete do-over. I'm sure this would be helpful to someone other than myself.
